etween the golden foothills of the Sierras in the Mother Lode gold
strike of 1849 and the majestic peaks of the Yosemite lie the serene groves of Rancho Torales. Rancho Torales was established in 1997 by Joy and Sandy Severin, he an eye surgeon, she an artist. The Rancho is dedicatd to reverence for the beauty and serenity of the natural environment of the California Sierra foothills.

ur Olive groves are planted in Tuscan olive trees, Frantoio and Leccino, which are cultivated for their fine oil, and Kalamata olive trees, which produce the distinctively flavored table olive. The olives are handpicked at the peak of their ripeness, then immediately coldpressed and naturally decanted for best quality and rich golden color.
